In order to export Ex-Proof Products to the Customs Union, Certificate of Conformity with Technical Regulation of the Customs Union “On safety of the equipment for work in explosive environments” (TR CU 012/2011) is required.
This TR CU applies to electrical equipment including Ex components and non-electrical equipment intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Please note that electrical ex-proof equipment is not subjected to TR CU 004/2011 LVD. TR CU 010/2011 Machinery safety, TR CU 020/2011 EMC, TR CU 032/2013 PED and others may be required in addition to TR CU 012/2011.
TR CU requires an Applicant that is a legal entity registered in the territory of the Customs Union. Our company offers the Applicant Service to provide foreign producers with the necessary support.
