Control Desk Atex & IECEx

This Atex & IECEx desk allows the control of many Atex & IECEx components and devices from control panel thanks to the easy control with selectors, push buttons, buttons with key, viewers, red mushrooms, alarms, light signals…
Its use is for industries zones with explosion risk, oil & gas and petro chemical industries.
It’s based on the component placement, which is designed according to the customer needs to get a desk with a high view, comfort and control. Every component has Atex & IECEx certification.
This Atex & IECEx desk has been designed specifically as an anticorrosion and waterproof desk, made of stainless steel AISI 304L or AISI 316L, allowing its use in zones with high explosion or corrosion risk. Besides, it guarantees an IP66 protection.

Many control options
The controllers that can be installed are: push buttons, selectors, displays (voltmeter and ammeters), emergency stop buttons, sound alarms, and luminous signals.
ATEX and IECEx control desk or panel assembly configurations.
The control desk can be manufactured in AISI 316L stainless steel, for marine or highly corrosive locations.
Custom configurations can be made, allowing for the installation of a wide range of controllers.
It is a very easy and convenient way for the operator to work and control more than one machine or section.
Easy opening via doors and latches
Upward console opening by means of gas struts and doors opening laterally up to 120°.
It guarantees operator safety, as the machinery is controlled from a control point located away from potential hazards the machine might cause.
