The production plant of The Iberian Lube Base Oils Company (ILBOC) is a company incorporated in 2012 for the production of state-of-the-art lubricants (LBO) (group II and III) at its plants in the Escombreras Valley in Cartagena (Murcia).
The project consisted of supplying Ex control stations boxes with switches and push buttons for the vacuum and centrifugal pumps in their latest expansion. To achieve the objective and with the idea of ensuring optimal operation as long as possible and with all the guarantees and certifications for hazardous areas. We carried out a complete study and we supplied as solution Ex push button station with wiring included of our Contrex Series in AISI A316L of 3 mm thick; the boxes are stand out for their robustness and tightness in hazardous areas (1, 2, 21 and 22). Moreover, we included with the boxes our Glakor armored cable glands made of nickel-plated brass for the cable passage and assembly. This product guarantee a very high level of quality in areas with risk of explosion and with the best price.
