The Grangemouth refinery and petrochemical plant is a complex located in the Firth of Forth in Grangemouth, Scotland. It is the only operating crude oil refinery in Scotland and currently one of the six remaining refineries in the United Kingdom.
To ensure perfect functioning for as long as possible with all guarantees, we conducted a comprehensive study and provided a solution of 12 stainless steel terminal boxes with Contrex Series Atex actuators. These terminal boxes stand out for their robustness, sealing properties, and resistance to corrosion in explosive atmospheres classified as zones 1, 2, 21, and 22.
